Decode 20 original garden notes using a different letter substitution in each puzzle.

How to play

Restore each original English garden note. Select a small cipher letter in the note or frequency strip, then tap a plain letter on the keyboard or type A–Z. Every occurrence of that cipher letter changes together. Different cipher symbols must use different plain letters; clear an existing guess before reusing it. Green letters are fixed clues; a hint reveals one correct mapping and clears any conflicting guess. Undo reverses an edit, including a hint, but does not refund a used hint. Left and Right select symbols; Backspace or Delete clears the selected guess; Enter checks the note. You can inspect the frequency of every symbol below the message. There is no timer and no life penalty for an incorrect guess. The twenty notes require 3, then 4, up to 22 initially unknown mappings; the hint allowance falls from three to one. This measures the amount of decoding, not a guarantee that every person will find each note harder. The target is the original note, not a claim that English allows only one interpretation. Restart asks for confirmation. Unlocked notes, best scores and sound are saved locally; an unfinished note resets after reload.
